At least two people have been killed and 16 others injured when a car exploded outside a government building in the southern Turkish city of Adana, officials say.
Adana Governor Mahmut Demirtas told the state-run Anadolu Agency that the explosion early on November 24 might have been a suicide attack carried out by a woman.
Demirtas said the blast occurred close to the entrance to his office.
Omer Celik, the minister in charge of European Union affairs, described the blast as a "terror" attack.
"This damnable terror is continuing to target our people," Celik said on his Twitter account. "We shall continue our struggle against terrorism until the end in the name of humanity."
The explosion is the latest in a wave of violence striking Turkey for more than a year. The attacks have been linked to Kurdish militants or the Islamic State extremist group.
