Officials in northwestern Pakistan say heavy rains have killed at least 37 people.
Provincial Information Minister Mushtaq Ghani said the storm on April 26 also injured over 200 people.
The storm brough hail and string winds that destroyed buildings, uprtooted trees, and felled electric power poles.
Ghani said an emergency has been declared at all local hospitals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, where Peshawar is the capital.
Commissioner Munir Azam said the rain started in the afternoon on April 26 and has caused heavy damage to infrastructure.
Flights at the Peshawar airport were suspended.
The Pakistani army said troops have been sent to the area to launch rescue and relief operations.
