Disadvantaged Afghan Kids Find A Home At Music Institute

The Afghan National Institute of Music is training a new generation to carry on Afghanistan's musical traditions. At least half of the children attending the school come from underprivileged backgrounds, including orphanages or the streets of Kabul. Hamid Rakin of RFE/RL's Radio Free Afghanistan recorded some of these promising performers.
