A powerful explosion has killed 10 people near the parliament building and a police station in central Kabul.
Afghan Deputy Interior Minister Ayub Salangi said in a tweet that 20 people were also injured in the blast, which was also near the city's zoo.
Ambulances were at the scene attending the injured.
