Afghans Evacuated From Kabul Arrive In Kosovo

More than 100 people who fled Afghanistan following the Taliban takeover of their country landed in Kosovo's capital on board a U.S. military plane. The Afghans -- among them many children -- arrived from Germany on August 29 and were the first group to be welcomed by Kosovo. They will be temporarily housed in Kosovo before being processed for onward resettlement in the United States.
