An Afghan-made hat known as a "Mazari hat" is newly popular in parts of Afghanistan and Pakistan since it was championed by a prominent rights activist. Manzoor Pashteen, 26, is frequently wearing the red and black cap, that previously was associated with people living in the northern Afghan city Mazari-Sharif. Now, the hat is being embraced by people concerned about hardships faced by Pashtuns. VOA's Rahim Gul Sarwan reports from Kabul.
