Two truck drivers have been charged by British police who are investigating the death of an Afghan man.
The body of Meet Singh Kapoor was found in a shipping container in a dock in eastern England a week ago.
He was among 35 people in the container, including children, who were believed to be from Afghanistan and were mainly Sikhs.
They were released after screams and banging were heard coming from the container, which had arrived on a ferry from Belgium.
Several were hospitalized, suffering from hypothermia and dehydration.
The two truck drivers -- Stephen McLaughlin and Timothy Murphy -- were charged with conspiring to facilitate illegal entry into the United Kingdom.
