Stoltenberg: Moscow Should Support U.S. Peace Efforts In Afghanistan

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has expressed NATO's strong support for U.S.-led efforts to end Afghanistan's 17-year war. Speaking to RFE/RL Radio Free Afghanistan correspondent Mustafa Sarwar in Brussels on February 14, Stoltenberg said it remains to be seen whether parallel peace talks between the Taliban and Afghan opposition representatives in Moscow will also contribute to a future Afghan peace deal.
