Civilians Flee Pakistan's North Waziristan

Tents are set up in the Gorbaz district of Afghanistan's Khost Province to shelter those who fled Pakistan's North Waziristan to avoid the fighting there. June 18, 2014.

Afghan officials say the refugee camp was built in the Borikhel area of the Gorbaz district.

On June 18, Afghan officials put the number of refugees from Pakistan at about 6600.

There are many children among the refugees in Afghanistan who have fled the fighting in North Waziristan.
